County has passed an Ordinance in 2009 that makes it illegal
for airboat tour companies to operate out of COUNTY OWNED
public boat ramps more than twice a day, and with more than
FOUR passengers. Some of these companies are still
operating, and you need to be informed.
Some other Airboat Companies out there operating from a
leased location are trying to use this County Ordinance to
scare visitors to the area from using any other company
EXCEPT them.

Big Toho Airboat Rides has been in business in Osceola
County since 2004 and has complied with all required state
and local license and we have "MASTER" Captain Licenses with
the United States Coast Guard.
Big Toho Airboat Rides operates from the City Ramp in
Downtown Kissimmee since 2004 and has always done so. We
have an office location, and an operating location at the
city ramp. At this ramp, where we LEGALLY operate our
airboat tour services, there are restroom facilities and we
utilize state of the art remote credit card transaction
systems that do not require a cash register. Your personal
information is COMPLETELY safe and secure with us.
Big Toho Airboat Rides has been and always will be operating
legally, and will always comply with all state and local
laws. We will always have the appropriate insurance to
provide you and your family with the protection you need,
and our 6 and 15 passenger boats are inspected, and
maintained daily for your safety and have all the necessary
safety equipment.
While there are some companies out there operating
illegally, and others trying to scare you from using anyone
other than them by using false scare tactics, Big Toho
Airboat Rides is NOT either of these.
We want you to be informed, and able to make a decision
based on FACTS.... not scare tactics. Be Cautious, But Be
